چکیده

Microsatellite loci were screened from the genomic data of Dysomma anguillare and their composition distribution analysed by bioinformatics for first time. The results showed that 4,060,742 scaffolds with a total length 1,562 Mb obtained high-throughput sequencing 1,160,104 microsatellite MISA screening, which distributed on 770,294 scaffolds. occurrence frequency relative abundance 28.57% 743/Mb, respectively. Amongst six complete types, dinucleotide repeats accounted largest proportion (592,234, 51.05%), highest (14.58%) (379.27/Mb). A 1488 detected in genome D. , amongst hexanucleotide repeat motifs most abundant (608), followed pentanucleotide (574), tetranucleotide (232), trinucleotide (59), (11) mononucleotide (4). microsatellites same type decreased increase copy numbers. types nucleotide repeats, preponderance repeated are (191,390, 43.77%), CA (150,240, 25.37%), AAT (13,168, 14.05%), CACG (2,649, 8.14%), TAATG (119, 19.16%) CCCTAA (190, 19.16%, 7.65%), number, different this study, would lay foundation development high-quality markers future.

Online resources for genomic analysis using high-throughput sequencing.

The availability of high-throughput sequencing has created enormous possibilities for scientific discovery. However, the massive amount of data being generated has resulted in a severe informatics bottleneck. A large number of tools exist for analyzing next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, yet often there remains a disconnect between these research tools and the ability of many researchers to ...

High‐throughput sequencing and graph‐based cluster analysis facilitate microsatellite development from a highly complex genome

Despite recent advances in high-throughput sequencing, difficulties are often encountered when developing microsatellites for species with large and complex genomes. This probably reflects the close association in many species of microsatellites with cryptic repetitive elements. We therefore developed a novel approach for isolating polymorphic microsatellites from the club-legged grasshopper (G...

High-throughput genomic and proteomic analysis using microarray technology.

BACKGROUND High-density microarrays are ideally suited for analyzing thousands of genes against a small number of samples. The next step in the discovery process is to take the resulting genes of interest and rapidly screen them against thousands of patient samples, tissues, or cell lines to further investigate their involvement in disease risk or the response to medication. METHODS We used a...

Characterization of Novel Microsatellite Loci for Primula poissonii (Primulaceae) Using High-Throughput Sequencing Technology.

Primula poissonii (Primulaceae) is a perennial herb, widely distributed in the Hengduan Mountain region of Southwest China. In this study, Roche 454 pyrosequencing was used to isolate microsatellite markers. A total of 4528 unique sequences were identified from 68,070 unique reads. Of these, eighty-seven microsatellite loci were screened for utility using two criteria: successful PCR amplificat...

Development of Novel Microsatellite Markers for the BBCC Oryza Genome (Poaceae) Using High-Throughput Sequencing Technology

Wild species of Oryza are extremely valuable sources of genetic material that can be used to broaden the genetic background of cultivated rice, and to increase its resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses. Until recently, there was no sequence information for the BBCC Oryza genome; therefore, no special markers had been developed for this genome type. The lack of suitable markers made it diffi...
